Suspended in the air, Aerial Hoop, is a circular metal apparatus. You will learn how to create beautiful shapes below, inside, and above the apparatus. Hoop trainings will teach you various techniques to enter and exit the hoop.

 

Conditioning exercises will help you build strength, body awareness and coordination. No worries if you have none of these skills. We will teach you all the basics needed to progress.

Hammock Dance

Dance and spin through circus-style tricks and flows. Hammock lets you enjoy all the freedom of soaring on the silks with the support of a looped silk to hold you tight and close.

 

You’ll be dancing in graceful shapes and movements. Created for absolute beginners right up to experienced aerialists, you can’t go wrong with  Hammock Dance.

Flex trainings teach you proper and safe technique to enhance your flexibility. From increased ability to perform functional movement to advanced flexibility that can be translated to your aerial dance practice.

Pole art is all about strength, grace, and sensuality at Fine Line. No high heels, no tacky lighting. Nothing loud; nor flashy. Bring only yourself and start moving in ways that you feel comfortable with.

 

 Pole classes break down various spins, dance movement, floorwork, and conditioning exercises. No worries if you have none of these skills. We will teach you all the basics needed to build up strength and confidence.

Aerial Silk is an aerial apparatus consisting of two pieces of fabric suspended from the ceiling. You will learn how to climb and wrap the silks to create various holds and “locks” around your body.

 

Silk will help you build upper body strength, increase flexibility and coordination. No worries if you have none of these skills. We will teach you all the basics needed to progress.

Practice makes pretty.

Choose the apparatus you want to practice on, work at your own pace to polish routines and tricks. Practice session is essential to make substantial progress on top of your weekly classes. This session is unsupervised.
